but about presence, energy, and freedom?
You don’t need to be an expert to begin.
Only a desire to explore.

Hi, I'm Bénédicte
I’m a French painter, specialized in expressive and contemporary depictions of the horse. For more than 20 years, my work has been guided by a fascination with the line — how a simple stroke can reveal movement, presence, and emotion.
I believe artists don’t have to choose between technique and emotion. Both can live together in the same gesture.
I believe that every artist carries their own voice, and that drawing the horse can become a way to uncover it.
Through this course, I want to guide you in letting go of perfection, in trusting your hand, and in finding the joy of expressing rather than reproducing.
The horse is not just my subject — it’s my partner, my mirror, and often, my teacher. And now, I’d love to share this journey with you.

Each month, I’ll share:
• One guided exercise,
• A photo reference to practice from,
• A demonstration,
• Creative prompts to experiment with,
• And a supportive community to walk alongside you.

You don’t need to be “ready.”
You don’t need to wait for the “perfect moment.”
You don’t need to wait for the “perfect moment.”
All you need is the curiosity to explore,
and the willingness to let the horse guide you
toward your own artistic language.
