1/ SHIPPING
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on whether it’s an original or a print. For original artwork, it takes me between 2 days for smaller pieces and 4 to 5 days for the largest ones. For prints, it takes around 2 weeks, which includes the time for the professional lab to print the art and ship it to me. I usually inform you of the process by email.
Estimated shipping times
with the post office:
• France: 2-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• The rest of the world: 1-4 weeks
with a carrier:
• France: 1-3 business days
• Europe: 2-5 business days
• The rest of the world: 3-6 business days
I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, as they depend on the carriers’ requirements. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
If you need a change of address, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. I'm unable to change the address once it has been dispatched from the studio. Please contact me through the contact page as soon as possible.
I'm not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. If you desire a refund in this scenario, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the cost of shipping will be recovered by the studio.
Customs and import taxes
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

2/ PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment information is not retained by Benedicte Gele and I take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever the website collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on our preference at checkout).
3/ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!
If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - I will do everything I can to make it right. I do my best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 20 days of delivery in exactly the same package and in the same perfect condition as received. You’ll receive the refund after the reception from me of the package.
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
