SHIPPING
Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies following if it’s an original or a print. For an original artwork, it takes me between 2 days for the small pieces and 4/5 days for the biggest ones. For a print, it takes around 2 weeks comprising the time for the professional lab to print the art and ship it to me. I usually inform you by email of the process.

Estimated shipping times
  • France: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • North America: 1-3 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as it depending on to the carriers imperatives. Actual delivery time would depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. There is no taxes for Europe of course.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment information is not retained by Benedicte Gele and I take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever the website collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on our preference at checkout).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible.  My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 20 days of delivery in exactly the same package and in the same perfect condition as received. You’ll receive the refund after the reception from me of the package.

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
