1/ SHIPPING
I personally prepare and ship every order with care from my studio in France. Processing times vary depending on the type of artwork. Original artworks: usually 2 to 5 business days. Fine art prints: around 2 weeks, including the professional printing process. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped with a tracked and insured shipping service whenever available.
2/ ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched from the studio, I am unable to modify the delivery address.
3/ CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or other customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to me, I will refund the value of the item once it has been received back in its original condition, excluding the original shipping costs.
All shipments are declared at their actual purchase value. Under no circumstances will customs documents be altered or falsified.
3/ RETURNS
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
